Consilio was founded on a single conviction: that lasting influence is never announced — it is recognised. We serve a deliberately small number of principals, founders, and private offices operating at the intersection of business, culture, and power across the Gulf and beyond.
We do not offer frameworks or deliverables. We offer clarity. Our clients do not come to us for visibility — they come because the decisions they face are consequential, the circles they move in are unforgiving, and the counsel available to them has, until now, been insufficient.
Consilio works through private introduction only. Our engagements are long-term, our retainers discreet, and our results measured in outcomes — not outputs.

How We Work
Every Consilio engagement begins with a trusted introduction — from a lawyer, a wealth manager, a cultural intermediary, or a current client. We do not accept unsolicited enquiries from unknown parties, and we do not advertise. This is not a barrier. It is the first signal that we take discretion as seriously as you do.
We begin with one meeting. No credentials, no proposals, no agenda. We listen — carefully — to understand the real nature of the challenge, which is rarely the one first stated. If we cannot add genuine value, we will say so plainly. If we can, we will tell you how — and what it would require from both sides.
Our working relationships are ongoing and retainer-based. There are no project timelines, no status updates, no decks delivered on schedule. There is a senior advisor who knows your situation with depth — available when it matters, silent when it doesn't. The relationship deepens over time. That is the point.
